By providing and submitting the information as set out on this portal, you consent to Toyota Financial Services Singapore Pte. Ltd.'s ("TFSS"), and its service providers collection, use and processing of the information in Singapore and overseas, as well as the disclosure to and subsequent use of the information by third parties, in connection with:
1. the provision of electronic banking services and for any other purposes connected with your access or use to such services, including setting up the Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA), accessing and using the DDA services, and enabling payment with eGIRO;
2. the monitoring and enforcement of compliance with applicable terms and conditions; and
3. to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism laws.
Please ensure that you are duly authorised to submit the information, and such information is accurate and complete.
TFSS and its service providers shall not, in any event, be liable for any loss, expense, damage, cost or any other liability incurred or suffered arising from or in connection with:
1. any inaccuracy or incompleteness of the information entered by you;
2. any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, computer virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, agent, program or macros;
3. your use of the services pursuant to which you are providing and submitting the information on this portal.
You hereby agree to indemnify TFSS against any claims, losses, damages, cost and expense that TFSS may incur arising from any authorisation or any error in such authorisation made by you.
In setting up DDA and/or eGIRO, you hereby authorise payment to TFSS from your account for any payments due to TFSS, including any fees, charges and relevant taxes chargeable by law imposed from time to time. In the event there is any change to the information submitted, you shall be responsible to notify TFSS immediately. You shall furnish all necessary information to TFSS to enable the instructions to be given effect.
In the event that full payment of the amount due to TFSS cannot be made due to insufficient funds or your account is suspended for any reason, TFSS shall not be held responsible or liable for not being able to process the payment pursuant to the authorisation.
This DDA and/or eGIRO authorisation shall continue to be in force until written notice of discontinuance of the same is made by you.
TFSS reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions set out herein at any time or from time to time without prior notice.
